Privacy Policy
Effective date: March 2026
This policy explains what information Trace Micro collects, how it is used, how it is protected, and how support communications such as email, calls, and SMS may be handled.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, ticket details, device or platform information you submit, and the contents of support communications. We may also collect limited technical information through standard website technologies, security logging, and payment and anti-abuse tooling.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to support requests, create and manage tickets, communicate about service status, troubleshoot issues, process payments, maintain site security, improve reliability, and document support activity for follow-through and accountability.
Support Communications
If you choose to opt in to support-related SMS and provide a mobile number, we may use it for transactional support communications related to an active request or ticket, including ticket confirmations, requests for additional information, scheduling, and status updates. SMS consent is optional and is collected separately from the form submission itself. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS updates and HELP for help. We may also communicate by email and phone when needed to provide or coordinate service.
Remote Support and Service Records
If remote support is performed, we may maintain records of the request, the steps taken, related notes, and associated communications. We do not ask you to submit passwords, multi-factor authentication codes, or full payment card numbers through the contact form.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the site and deliver support, such as payment processors, communications providers, hosting, email delivery, anti-abuse systems, and other vendors reasonably necessary to provide the service.
Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may contact us if you need to correct submitted information or have questions about your data. If you no longer want SMS ticket updates, reply STOP. For help regarding support-related text messages, reply HELP or contact us through the site.
Contact
For privacy questions, contact us through the Contact page and include enough detail for us to review the request efficiently.
